     vs. 
ANDREW J. VEAL

Petition to Foreclose Mortgage

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, ANDREW J. VEAL, resides beyond the limits of this State, it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North Carolina 
Argus, a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, for six successive 
weeks notifying said defendant, ANDREW J. VEAL, non-resident, to be and appear 
at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Richmond at the Court 
House in rockingham on the 3rd Monday of September next. Then and there to 
plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte as to him. Witness 
JOHN W. LEAK, Clerk of the said Court at office in Rockingham on the 3rd 
Monday in March A.D. 1856.
