         Vs.

THOMAS MITCHELL

Original Attachment Levied on Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, THOMAS 
MITCHELL , is an inhabitant of the State of South Carolina: It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant, appears at our next Court of Pleas 
and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Richmond at the Court House 
in Rockingham on the 3nd Monday in June   next  and enter his plea, answer, or 
demur,  judgment will be taken according to the Plaintiff’s demand.
