WILLIAM PATTERSON, Adm'r of ANNA MCARN
            vs.
CHRISTIAN McKAY, GEORGE MCPHATTER, JOSEPH McKAY, and DANIEL McKAY

Bill of Sequestation and Injunction

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the 
defendants, DANIEL McKAY, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the N. C. Argus, a newspaper published in the Town of Fayetteville, 
notifying the said defendant to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to 
be held for Richmond County in the Court House at Rockingham on the third 
Monday in September next: Then and there to plead answer or demur to this 
petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter 
will be heard ex parte as to them. Witness F. M. McLEOD, Clerk and Master of 
the said Court of Equity at office in Rockingham on this Auguse 30, 1855.
