"argus" Jan. 20, 1856 Written: July 1855 Recorded: January 20, 1856 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions, Richmond County, July Term 1855 ISAAC PIPKIN, Executor of WILLIAM WALLACE, deceased vs. MARY WALLACE Et al PETITION FOR ACCOUNT AND SETTLEMENT In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, BARNABUS WALLACE, GOODWIN WALLACE and ANN CAMBY reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that pulication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina "Argus", a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, notifying the said defendants to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Session to be held for Richmond County at the Court House at Rockingham on the third Monday of October next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition fild: Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them. Witness LOUIS H.
