ROPER and GREEN D. TYSON, Executors of THOMAS ROPER, deceased Vs. JOHN W. ROPER, JOHN T. ROPER, and others --Original Bill. It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN T. ROPER, one of the defendents in this case is not an inhabitant of this state it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard for six successive weeks commanding the said defendant to be and appear before the judge at our next Court of Equity, to be held for the County of Richmond at the Court House in Rockingham on the third Monday in March next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the said bill; otherwise the same will be heard ex parte without him.
