JOHN SPEED, late of Richmond County, deceased, consisting of eight Negroes, will be offered at public sale on the 16th of January next, at the house where COL. JOHN SPEED resided on Mark’s Creek in Richmond County, provided the Administrators can before or by that time make out to pay the balance of an execution issued and levied on the said Negroes, before the said COL. JOHN SPEED’S death, at the suit of MESSRS. DONALDSON, M’MILLAN & CO. Twelve months credit will be given on the purchasers giving Bond with approved security to bear interest from the day of sale.
