STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    SUPERIOR  COURT OF  LAW           RICHMOND COUNTY
Spring Term 1856

PETER W. STANSILL
       vs.
JACOB LAMPLY

STEPHEN W. COVINGTON summoned as Garnishee and judgment made against them for 
one hundred and three dollars and three cents

In this case it is ordered by the Court that publication be made for six 
successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published at 
Fayetteville, notifying the said JOSEPH LAMPLY, defendent, non-resident to be 
and appear at our next Superior Court of Law to be held for the County of 
Richmond at the Court House in Rockingham on the 3rd Monday of September next. 
Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwide 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte as 
to them. Witness R. S. McDONALD, Clerk of the said Court at office in 
Rockingham on the 3rd Monday of March 1856.
