STEWART Petition for Bed and Board and Alimony It appearing, in this case, that MALCOLM B. STEWART, is a non-resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, notifying said non-resident, MALCOLM B. STEWART. to be and appear at our next Superior Court of Law, to be held for the County of Richmond in the Court House at Rockingham on the 3rd Monday of September next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him. Witness, R. S.
