MIAL WALL and WILLIAM COVINGTON, Executors of WILLIAM COVINGTON, deceased
                         vs.
JAMES A COVINGTON ET AL

Petition for Settlement and Account

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JAMES 
GAITHINGS and wife, MARTHA; JAMES B. McDONALD and wife, CHARLOTTE; MIAL 
COVINGTON; JOHN COVINGTON; ROBERT COVINGTON, HENRY COVINGTON, THOMAS 
COVINGTON, MARTHA J. COVINGTON, SUSAN COVINGTON, CAROLINE COVINGTON, GEORGE J. 
McKENZIE and wife, MARY J.; children of WILEY J. COVINGTON, deceased, do not 
live in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published in 
Wadesboro, notifying said non-residents to be and appear at our next Court to 
be held for Richmond County at the Court House in Rockingham on the third 
Monday in October next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this 
petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter 
heard ex parte as to them. Witness, LOUIS H. WEBB, Clerk of the said Court, on 
the third Monday in July A.D. 1860.
