H. WEBB and H. H. WEBB vs. RICHARD W. LONG Original attachment levied on 100 acres lying in Richmond County, laying on the waters of Falling Creek, adjoining lands of ELISHA T. LONG, and others, returned to Court by a Justice of the Peace with the land levied upon, condemned, for the satisfaction of the Plaintiff In this case it is ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, notifying the said defendant, RICHARD W. LONG, a non- resident, to be and appear at the next term of the Worshipful Court, to be held for the County of Richmond in the Court House in Rockingham on the third Monday in July next. Then and there to show cause, if any he has, why judgment may not be confirmed and rendered ex parte as to them in this case of a levy on land, under a Magisistrate's execution. Witness LEWIS W.
