STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF EQUITY        RICHMOND COUNTY
March Term, 1829

STEPHEN WILLIAMS and JOHN STEELE
             vs.
ENOCH STRINGFELLOW et al

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that WILLIAM 
PARSONS and STITH PARSONS are not residents of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made in the North Carolina Journal 
notisfying said non residents to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to 
be held for the County of Richmond at the Court House at Rockingham on the 
fourth Monday in September next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to 
this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard 
ex parte as to them. Witness R.P. THOMAS, Clerk of the said Court at office on 
the third Monday March A.D. 1829.
