Nearly the whole of the Term was devoted to the State Docket -- THOMAS WATSON was put upon his trial for homicide upon the body of HUGH BROWN, in July last and convicted of manslaughter. The prosecution was conducted by MESSRS LITTLE and CAMERON and the defense by MESSRS. STRANGE and TERRY. The prisoner was branded, and committed to prison for one calendar year.
