Rockingham Rocket: Mr. Parks Chappell of Williamson township died on last 
Sunday of Bright's disease and was buried on Monday. He lost an arm in the 
Confederate service. He was a faithful soldier and many an old comrad will be 
grieved to hear of his death. He was not far from fifty years of age.
