I give and bequeath to my two youngest sons James Casey and Lemmuel Casey my 
land where I now live. I give to my well beloved wife Nanny Casey the one 
half of my personal estate. The other half of my personal estate to be 
equally distributed amongst the rest of my children Samuel Casey, Sarah 
Sanderfer, Nancy Chittty, Betsy Johnston, Lovy Casey, Mary Casey and Zilpha 
Casey. Witnesses: Tilln Bryan and John Obryen. Richmond County, NC in open 
court Sep 1811 the within will and testament was proven by the oath of 
Tillotian Obryan and ordered to be registered. Ancestry.com.
