I give and bequeath to my son John MARTIN a Negro girl slave Hannah and al her increase. I give and bequeath to my son Randal MARTIN two Negro boy slaves (viz) Charles and Squire during his natural life and after his death the said Negroes to be equally divided between his children. I give and bequeath to my son Alexander MARTIN two Negro slaves Mournin and Jim. I give and bequeath to my son in law James McKINNON two Negro slaves (viz) Aaron and Nancy. I give and bequeath to my son in law Alexander McDONALD two Negro slaves (viz) Jack and Mary. It is my will that my beloved wife Jennet shall hold the plantation on which I live with all the Land thereto attached supposed to contain three Hundred and fifty acres also a Negro Woman named Nancy Seyn(?), and Negro Boy slave named Moses and all my stock of cattle during his Natural life and at her death the whole of said Land, Negroes with the increase of Nancy that she may hereafter have and the stock I give and bequeath to my son Alexander MARTIN. I also give to my beloved wife Jennet all my stock of sheep, bed and furniture all the balance of my property not herein mentioned. I give and bequeath to my son Alexander MARTIN and I hereby make and ordain my son Alexander MARTIN and Alexander McDONALD Executors to this my Last Will and Testament.
