I give to James Watson the cows that is now at his house after paying five dollars for my coffin. Item 2nd. I give to the wife of John Watson all of my wearing apparell, also one bead and all of my bead clothes that is in her possession. Item 3rd. I give to the children of Arch~ Watson all of my beadclothes that is there also one bead and a painted beadsted and a chest, that Arch~d Watson maid and five yards of blanketting. Item 4th. As to the legacie coming to me by the death of my father and sister Peggy I want it divided into three equal parts one part to be given to the children of Arch~d Watson one part to the children of my sister Mary McKay and the other to my brother John Watson all of which property want to be left in the hands of John Watson for the space of two years and then for him to divide it out equally to the parties above named. Also one cow that is at Arch~d McKay I give to John Watson to sell to the highest bidder or do what he pleases with. Committed to writing on the 11th June 1829. In the prents of the witnesses who after hearing it read, pronounced it to be the sum and substance of the deceast who said it was her desire to be so.
