FROM THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR PENSION OF PATRICK (PETER) SMITH

State of North Carolina  ) I Malcom C. McNeill acting public
           Robeson County( of the peace in and for said County do hereby
Certify that these Three annexed leaves were but by me out of
an old Pocket Bible presented to me by the Children of Capt. Patrick
Smith deceased is his Picket Bible and I believe the record on said
leaves presents 
a True Statements of the marriage and death of said Patrick Smith and
wife Ann and also of the births of the children.
