The Jackson Swamp Cemetery is located on Mercer Mill Road in the Smith's 
Community between NC 41 and Singletary's Church in Lumberton, Robeson County, 
NC.  There are numerous graves that are identified only by a small granite 
stone.  There is also one newer gravestone that has fallen over and can not be 
read. This is being submitted September 1, 2001.
