Helen was the 2nd wife of Hinant Faulk, they were married July 17, 1858 Hinant's first wife was Rose Anna Lee, and they are buried about a 1/2 mile from the Helen Walters Cemetery. (see Jessie Lee Cemetery) Hinant Faulk was a very wealthy man, in the Agriculture Production Record of Robeson County in 1870 he owned 1,000 acres of improved land and 1,600 acres of unimproved land valued at $10,000.00.
