and opperation of an order of court against him made at April Term 1801 relative to the maintenance of a bastard child by the name of Thomas Blount the court having bound out the said child at this term ordered that the order passed at April Term aforesaid against said Blount be recinded Isaac Dyson appointed constable in Captain Watsons district who entered into bond with Sion Alford his
