Jacob Bryant William Bodiford Henry Taylor John Webb and Samuel Elkins A Negro fellow named Cubbener was permitted to carry a gun for the protection of the plantation of his master George Willis who entered into bond as the law requires Ordered that James Councill be overseer of the stage Road in room and district of Archd Little Angus Black vs Charles Tullock - Original attachment – Manuel Lamb being summoned garnishee declared on oath that he has in his hands belonging to the defendant a Pot an Oven a Grindstone a X Cut Saw five head of Hogs and Eight Pigs two Ploughs a Pair of Traces and a Chest and says that he owes nothing to Charles Tulloch. Ordered that a Jury be called to value the foregoing articles at next term Ordered that Randal Curry and Archd McNeill esquires be a committee to settle with Angus Gilchrist and Neill McKay administrators of the estate of Archd McKay deceased and that they report to next term Ordered that Robert Ballard be overseer of the road in room of Archd McLean.
