   On Motion, Ordered that letters of Administra-
tion on the estate of William Barker be granted to Thos
Barker upon his entering into bond in the sum of Ten
thousand Dollars, with John M White and Hugh M White
as his sureties bond filed and the administrator qualifies
as such by taking the Oath required by law.

Additional Comments:
William Barker was an son of James and Ailey Musselwhite Barker.  He was married 
to Catherine Musselwhite.  The Administrator was Thomas Barker, one of his 
brothers.
