ROBESON COUNTY COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS 
AUG TERM 1864 [Mon Aug 22nd, 1864]

   On Motion, Ordered that letters of Administration on the estate of William 
Barker be granted to Thos Barker upon his entering into bond in the sum of Ten 
thousand Dollars, with John M White and Hugh M White as his sureties bond 
filed and the administrator qualifies as such by taking the Oath required by 
law.
