Joseph Thompson        }          It appearing to the Sale of action
                                  Of the Court that Joseph Thompson
Guardian of Penelope Blount, minor orphan of Wm
Blount decd, after being legally summoned has failed
to account his Guardian Bond.  It is therefore ordered adjudged
and decreed that the said Joseph Thompson, Guardian
of the said Penelope Blount be removed from his
said Guardianship and be further dealt with as
the law requires~
