{   State       } Bastardy 
}      vs       { 
{ Lott Britt    }                

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Lott Britt is the Imputative 
father of a Bastard Child begotten on the body of Civil Bullard  It is Ordered 
that the defendant pay to the said Civil Bullard the sum of fifteen dollars for 
the first year beginning at the birth of the Child and Ten dollars for each 
subsequent year there after so long as the Court shall Think proper to Continue 
the same ~ Judgment also for Costs, and bond of indemnification filed
