ROBESON COUNTY COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS
FEB TERM 1850 [Tues Feb 26th, 1850]

On motion ordered by the Court that Zila Britt be appointed Guardian of the 
minor Heirs of Redding Britt decd to wit Thos ~ James Henry P ~ Sealy ~ Alvin 
G. Alfred I. & Samuel E Britt – upon her entering into Bond in the Sum of Four 
Thousand Dollars $4000 – with Charles Ivey, Jr. Alvin G. Lewis and Johnson H 
Floyd her Security.
 
Bond Executed and Filed.
