Brooks Showeth to your worships
that John Brooks of said County
the Father of your petitioner
is a Lunatic and uncapable
of managing his property and
further it is neceSsary that Some one
should have the custody of his
person   Your Petitioner therefore
prays your worships that a
writ iSsue to the sheriff of this
county commanding him to
summons a jury to ascertain
whether John Brooks be lunatic
and incapable of managing
his affairs
