That Your wor- ships Shall make such other & further orders in his case as to Your worships shall seem proper & meet and Your petitioner shall ever pray A McNair Attorney for Petitioner Ordered by the Court that a writ of inquisition of lunacy issue as Prayer for State of North Carolina } Robeson County { To the sheriff of Robeson County Greeting You are hereby commanded to summon a Jury of twelve good and lawful men, freeholders to assemble and after being duly sworn & impanneled to inquire & try wheather or not Henry Byrd is a lunatic and if so for how long on time and return their proceedings under their hands & seals to this term of the Court that the same may be considered of and such action taken as shall be most & proper And You shall further made known unto the court now You shall have executed this writ & this You shall in no wise omit under the penalty prescribed by act of aSsembly: WitneSs John A.
