Written: 1797

                  |  In the name of God Amen
   Olive Cain     |  I Olive Cain of the County of
__________________|  Robeson being of sound and
perfect mind and memory (BleSsed be God do this second
day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven
Hundred and ninety seven made and publish this
my last will and Testament in manner and form
following that is to say First I give and bequeath unto
my Grand Daughter Olive Cain one pair Silver shoe
Buckles, on pair silver sleve Buttons, one small red Trunk 
Secondly I give unto my grand son Samuel Cain son
of James Cain one Silver Breast Buckle and one small
China Snuff Box, Thirdly I leave all the remainder of my
Estate to be Equally divided between my two sons
John Cain and James Cain after paying my debts and
funeral expenses and I do hereby make and ordain my
sons John and James Cain Executors to this my last will
and Testament, in witness whereof I the said Olive Cain
have to this last will and Testament set my hand
and seal the day and year above written signed, sealed
published, pronounced and declared by the said
Olive Cain Testator as her last will and Testament in the
presence of us who were present at the time of signing
and sealing thereof

And it is also my desire that William Baxley and
Jacob Blount Senr value and divide my Estate
after my death.
