ROBESON CO NC COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS - NOV TERM 1849 [NOV 27TH, 
1849]

On motion ordered that Isham Kinlaw be appointed overseer of the Centre Road 
aCroSs the great swamp in Room of Eli MuSslewhite and work the following hands 
viz Eli MuSslewhite and all the hands that his prediceSsor worked and all 
other hands that now we are or may remove in the district of said Road not 
already allotted to other reads - On motion ordered by the Court that Isham 
Kinlaw  William Kinlaw and Alfred D Smith be a Patrol Committee for Captain 
Roziers District for one year from the date hereof.
