Nancy Hamans         {   Petition  }
    Vs               {      to     }
Eli Hamans Exr of    {    Account  }   On Motion John A Rowland
Willis Hamans decd   {             }   Clerk of this Court is appointed
                                      Guardian ad litem to the
Minor heirs of Willis Hamans and ordered that this Cause be
referred to John A Rowland Clerk of this Court as commiSsioner
to take an account of the personal estate and effects of Willis Hamans
deceased which same into the hands of Eli Hamans his Executor
or to the hands of any other person or persons by his order of for his use
and also an account of the debts and funeral expenses of the said
intestate, And that he report to the next term of this Court.

Additional comments:  Willis Hamans [Hammond] was a son of Jervis H. & Christian 
Speights Hammond.  Eli Hamans was an older brother.
