     Vs           {     for    } On motion ordered by the Court
Heirs at law of   {   Dower    } that John A Rowland be appointed
Calvin C Britt    {            } Guardian adlitem of the minor
                                 Heirs of Calvin C Britt Service of
Petition accepted – On motion it is Ordered by the Court that
a writ be iSsued to the sheriff of Robeson County Commanding
him to summon a Jury to allot to the petitioner her dower in
the lands of her late husband Calvin C Britt, which said lands
are described in her petition according to the act of the General
ASsembly in such case made and provided
