 Vs                    }          Bastardy
Killis Phillips        }
                       } The defendant Killis Phillips
appeard in open court and entered into Bond with
Everett Phillips and James T. Sutton as his
Sureties in the sum of Two hundred and Fifty Dollars
Ordered by the court that the Defendant Killis Phillips
pay to Guainer Wilkins the sum of Twenty five
Dollars for the first years maintenance of said child
commencing on the 28th day of February 1859 and
with the annual payment of Ten Dollars so long
as said court shall think proper to continue the same
and all costs.
