   State      }  Bastardy
    Vs        }  The Defendant Durham Lewis appeard
Durham Lewis  }  in open Court and entered into Bond with
              }  William J. Brown as surety in the sum
                 Of Five hundred Dollars.  Ordered by the
Court that the Defendant Durham Lewis pay to Mary Parnell
the sum of Twenty five Dollars for the first year commencing
with the Birth of from the 23d day of November 1858, And with
the annual payment of Ten Dollars for the space of Five years
per annum – and all costs.
