PETER McARTHUR et al
      vs.
JOHN McARTHUR et al

Petition for Partition of Real Estate

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants
JOHN McARTHUR and ARCHIBALD McARTHUR, heirs at law of NEILL McARTHUR. 
deceased, reside beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the N. C. 
Argus, a newspaper printed in the Town of Fayetteville, notifying said 
defendants, non-residents to be and appear at the next Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions to be held for Richmond County at the Court House in 
Lumberton on the fourth Monday in November next. Then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise judgment will be taken pro 
confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness SHADRACK HOWELL, 
Clerk of said Court, at office on the 4th Monday in August, A. D. 1854.
