JAMES McKAY and others

          Vs.

The Administrators of JOHN McKAY, deceased

Petition for Distributive Share

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of  the defendants, 
JOHN McCOLL, is a resident of the State of South Carolina. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for six weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at our next Court of Pleas and 
Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Robeson on the 4th Monday in 
August  next, then and there to plead, answer or demur, judgment will be taken 
pro confesso against him and heard ex parte.
