ROBESON COUNTY COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS
FEB TERM 1858 [Tues Feb 23rd, 1858]

On Motion Ordered by the Court that Harly Baxly be appointed Guardian of 
Catharine, Susan, Mantha and Ferabee McNatt Minor Children of James McNatt 
decd upon his entering into bond with Charles Ivey Jr and Alexr E McMillan as 
sureties in the sum of Fourteen hundred Dollars
