ROBESON COUNTY COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS 
AUG TERM 1864 [Mon Aug 22nd, 1864]

            On motion Ordered by the Court that Maleachy Mears be appointed 
Guardian to Evander M, Wellington H, James P, Franklin G, Orra J. & Mary C 
Mears upon her entering into bond in the sum of Six Thousand Dollars with John 
W Branch, William Smith, & Noah Mercer Esqr as her sureties. Bond executed and 
filed.
