Sarah Mercer        Petition     The CommiSsioners who were appointed at the
    To              for Years    last term of this Court to allot to the 
 The Court          Support      petitioner support her Years provisions
                                 out of the estate of her deceased
husband, having filed their report during the present term the same is in all 
respects Confirmed And ordered to be recorded.  It is further ordered that Sarah 
Mercer Ad-ministratrix of Travis Mercer pay the Costs of this petition out of the 
aSsets of her Said intestate

Additional Comments:
Travis Mercer was a son of Rowland Mercer, Sr. and first wife Ora Smith Mercer.  
He married Sarah E. Ward of Brunswick Co NC.  After his death, she remarried to 
Riley Parnell.
