MeliSsa Phillips           {   Petition   }
     Vs                    {      for     }  On motion, it is ordered
Heirs at Law of            {     Dower    }  by the Court that a writ
   H W Phillips            {              }  be iSsued to the sheriff of
Robeson County, Commanding him to summon five freeholders
to allot to the petitioner her dower in the lands of her late hus-
band H W Phillips, which said lands are described in her peti-
tion, according to the act of the General ASsembly, in such
case made and provided.
