SALE OF LAND
 
   By virtue of authority vested in me under
a decree of the Superior Court of Robeson
county entered at February Term 1899, in the
case of O. C. Norment & Co., vs. Charles W.
Regan et al.  I will on the 5th day of June,
1899, the same being the first Monday, offer for
sale at public auction, for cash, at the door
of the Court House, in the town of Lumberton,
county of Robeson, and State of North Caroli-
na, the following tract of land, situated in
Howellsville Township, Robeson county, and
adjoins the land of Joseph Regan, J. A. Camp-
bell and others, containing sixty-nine acres,
and being the same tract of land conveyed by
Joseph Regan and wife to David A. Regan, by
deed recorded in Book I. I. I., page 552, Regis-
ter’s office of Robeson county, and by David A.
Regan to O. C. Norment & Co., by deed re-
corded in Register’s office of Robeson county
in Book S. S. S., page 309; reference to above
deeds is hereby made for a more complete
description of said tract of land.  This May
1st, 1899.
