Sealy the applicant first being Duly sworn desposes and says 1. N. T. Sealy is dead without leaving any last will and Testament 2. I, Moore T. Sealy, being the oldest brother of the deceased, who died unmarried, and entitled to the Administration. 3. The estate of the deceased consists of one horse, 8 hogs, cobble & carpenters tools and growing crop worth in all about four hundred dollars and also 120 acres of land worth about $3. per acre. The heirs of the deceased are – his brother Moore T. Sealy, the applicant, S. A. Sealy of South Carolina and his Sisters, Eliza Powell, N. C. Walters – Flora E. Walters, M. A.
