On Motion Ordered that Allen Walters be appointed administra-
tor on the estate of David Sellers deceased upon his entering into
bond in the sum of Five hundred Dollars with Alvin E Lewis
and Thos J Morisey as his surities.  Bond filed and administra
tor duly qualifies by taking the oath required by law
