Smith Neill D Smith } Minor Orphans Mary C. Smith, Joseph P. Smith } John W. Smith their father, being duly sworn says that the aboce named children of his are Orphans, Minors without Guardian, and that their estate is worth about $120.00 at the date of this application, and that he the said John W. Smith is the proper person entitled to letters of Guardianship on their estate. J. W. Smith Sworn to and subscribed before me this the 15 day of December, 1902 W. H.
