Item I lend to my Loving wife Elisabeth all my Estate both real and personal during her widow- hood to support herself and my children in a moder- ate way of living and whereas my wife is now great with Child it is my will and desire that the child when born may inherit and equal share with my other children and in case that that my living wife should Marry again that my Executor may sell all my Estate both real and personal and the money arising therefrom to be equally divided amongst my wife and children and I do hereby appoint my trust friend Tarlot OQuin Executor and my loving wife Elizabeth Executrix of this my last will and Testament in witneSs whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eleventh day of September in the year of our Lord 1798 WitneSs Abraham Barnes } Amos Barnes } his } Joseph X Rackley } Edmond Spivy mark } his } Frances X Fowler } mark } Additional comments: EDMOND SPIVY/SPIVEY was a Revolutionary War Soldier.
