Written: 1835

The following Gentlemen as CommiSsioners to divide Said
Lands who after having first viewed the said Lands of John
Thompson Decd & having valued the same upon oath
proceed to report as follows ~
      That in the division of the Lands aforesaid by lottery
1st Lot  No. 1. Was drawn by Lavinia Townsend wife of
Alexander Townsend the Petitioner which Covers Two Hundred
and Seventy Seven acres as is shown by the Surveyors Platt
accompanying this report & is valued by said CommiSsioners
at Two Hundred & fifty dollars ~
2d Lot No. 2  Drawn by Obedience Thompson which covers Two
Hundred and Seventy Seven acres & is shown as above &
Valued by said CommiSsioners at one hundred & thirty
Six Dollars ~
3d Lot No 3 Drawn by Martha Ann Thompson & is shown as
above & Covers Two Hundred & Seventy Seven acres & is
valued by said CommiSsioners at Two Hundred &
Seventy Seven dollars ~
       In Testimony whereof the CommiSsioners aforesaid
have hereunto set their Hands and affixed their
Seals this Twenty first day of February in the year
of out Lord one thousand Eight Hundred & Thirty
five & in the 59th year of America Independence
