Bargained, Sold and conveyed unto the said Price a certain piece of land or parcel of land containing one hundred acres lying in the County and State afforesaid in the the West side of Alagator and in the East side of Juniper Swamp commencing on John Foleys line and ****ing said Foleys line south so far as unto of and square of and **** one hundred acres including the West of land in whitch J.M. Foley lived and this said John Foley do bind myself my heirs & executors and administrators asigns forever to warrant and as final *** said land unto the said Price his heirs Executors asigns and administrators forever against myself my heirs Executors and administrators and all persons whomsoever may lawfully claim the same and the money being before the deed was signed in my own hand and seal.
