Indenture made November 30, 1810 between Benjamin Lewis and Martin Lewis 
both of Robeson, for (blank) land in Robeson several tracts:

Tract one containing 30 acres adjacent to fork of Horse Swamp.

Tract two on both sides of Horse Swamp adjacent to Thomas Townseneds lower 
line containing 218 acres.

Tract three on the east side of Horse Swamp adjacent to Thomas Townsends 
Senrs lower corner, Ilhanna? Gaddys fence containing 130 acres.

Fourth tract containing 100 acres on both sides of Horse Swamp adjacent to 
Thomas Townsends Senrs corner.

Fifth tract part of a 300 acre tract lying on both sides of the head of 
Horse Swamp containing 299 acres.

Sixth tract containing 200 acres on the west side of Drowning Creek on both 
sides of Horse Swamp.

Seventh tract containing 91 acres between Aaron Swamp and Horse Swamp on 
Crooked Branch adjacent to Thomas Townsends line.

Containing on the whole 1,074 acres 70 acres excepted lying in the fork of 
Horse Swamp and the Crooked Branch adjoining Gaddy land.
