Indenture made November 27, 1802 between Martin & Nancy Lewis and William 
Ward both of Robeson, for $410 land in Robeson on the west side of the Old 
Field Swamp containing 500 acres which will more fully appear by the last 
will and testament of Joseph Barnes in which he bequeathed his lands to his 
said wife and two daughters and this being the part laid off to his said 
daughter Nancy.
