Beginning at a pine on the South side of said Ten Mile Swamp Pierce Collins corner also the corner of the William R. Leggett 300 acres and runs South 70 deg. West twenty chains and 50 links (20.50) to a stake by a pine Elisha Cox's Corner, then North 68 deg. West twenty seven (27) chains to a pine, Cox's other corner Then North 14 deg. West twenty seven (27) chains to a stake and 4 pines. Then North 50 deg. East twenty eight (28) chains to a stake in the original line. Then as that line South 30 East to the beginning.
